Acceptance
By installing or using the BreakCycle browser extension ("BreakCycle"), published by MURF ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use BreakCycle.
What BreakCycle is
BreakCycle is a browser extension that lets you block websites to help you focus. It runs entirely on your own device. It is offered free of charge.
Your use of it
You may use BreakCycle for your own personal or professional focus and productivity. You agree not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to use it to harm others, break the law, or interfere with the extension's normal operation.
No warranty
BreakCycle is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will block every site in every situation. You're responsible for deciding whether it fits your needs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MURF is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, BreakCycle. Because BreakCycle is free and runs on your own device, you use it at your own risk.
Updates and changes
We may update BreakCycle and these terms from time to time. When we change these terms, we'll revise the date above. Continuing to use BreakCycle after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Ending use
You can stop using BreakCycle at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. We may discontinue the extension or any of its features in the future.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE / JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
